Pile Repairs
Pile repairs, timber treatment piles (double-dipped copper piles) will have a long life span, but due to new legislation with RMS, you can no longer use treated piles. Therefore, we can now only use untreated piles. They only have half the life span of the treated piles so we need to come up with ways to give you a longer life span on the new piles installed. We are also finding piles installed 20+ years ago under buildings that need repair and to keep their load capacity without changing them but repairing them. this can be achieved with engineers and the Marina Doctor's team with minimal interruption to your business.

Pre-existing piles that can be modified to get some of the benefits of the new methods.
