Running a small business has its challenges but it's more fun than working for a large multi-national company. I run all the operations behind the scenes and keep everyone moving forward.

Site Supervisor Team Manger
As the team leader, I coordinate the team's and the materials and plant to complete all aspects of the full service and refurbishments or installations needed on the marina's. Working in the building industry, for over 15 years and working for TMDr for over 13 of these years I still find challenges to overcome in the day-to-day running of the team's and all angles we find ourselves working in and around the harbour.

Working in the building industry for over 10 years and working for TMDr for over 7 years working on and around marinas is the perfect fit for my abilities as a team leader making sure the marina is kept in its peak condition as per the engineer's design.
